Beautiful hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff were always available to help. The hotel has an elevator which was very nice to have. Loved the location as we could walk everywhere. It was great to have heating in the room finally, but they only turn it on at 7:00pm and it shuts off in the morning around 6:00am. Breakfast was great. The only negative was the bathroom did not smell good, you could smell the sewer which was not pleasant. But we loved this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Outrageously perfect hotel. A real bargain. Patient and knowledgeable staff, and best of all - the breakfast was better than many restaurants. The location could not have been better...right across from san pedro market!! You need to check this place out. We'll never stay anywhere else in Cusco.
