This hotel desperately needs a remodel. I didn't want to take off my shoes the carpets were so gross. Everything falling apart: wallpaper peeling, moldy water spots in ceiling, carpet coming up, lampshades literally peeling apart, stains on everything...including gross white stains on the couch/chair in the rooms. It is as though they have just given up. I could barely sleep in the bed. The key cards are ridiculous, they never work...even when they reset them you get to your room on the 10th floor and they don't work and this is literally 80% of the time. The sky bar is anything but the happening hot spot they make it out to be, it feels more like an abandoned afterthought of a space. When you are sitting in your hotel room the TV is playing video of the Swiss-belhotel family vacationing in their opulent resorts and living a lavish lifestyle talking about the quality of their brand. HA! They should seel this one to keep their "Brand" in check. Sadly...i don't think there are many better options in Ambon...but i recommend trying to find one. The staff was very kind and did try to help...but i think the whole of Indonesia is very kind. Some of the most friendly and incredible humans i have met in my travels.

Mooi hotel prijs en kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Men probeert een Europees ontbijt maar daar mis ik nog een hoop zaken in. En echt te veel rijst gerechten. Wel lekker maar te veel.

Bloccati ad Ambon ed in camera da un volo riprogrammato dalla compagnia e da un disturbo alimentare, l'hotel si è rivelato un ottimo rifugio. Anche se gli arredi sono un po' datati, la camera era molto confortevole, la colazione varia e abbondante, il ristorante panoramico molto scenografico ed il personale (che parla un ottimo inglese) assolutamente impeccabile. Si va sul sicuro qui.

BAD: Check-in took over 1 hr. Both electrical outlets did not work (had to unplug refrigerator and use that one). Next door to mosque, which blares prayer music throughout the day, including 4am. Cigarette smoke in hallways. GOOD: Full service restaurant. Next door to McDonald’s. Across from mini-mart. Spacious lobby lounge.

Good value for money. First room I checked in was lousy. Cracked paint and air con not working. Second room was very satisfactory. The reason I booked this hotel was their 11th floor SkyBar which has a beautiful view of city and surrounds. Totally outweighs the few small negative things

Comme d’habitude réservation opaque avec Hôtel.com sur le type de lit : annonce grand lit mais après réservation on apprend que cela peut donner lieu a suppléments !!! Idem pour une chambre non fumeur !!

Facilities were clean and staff was eager to help even though most lacked English. This meant that staff might answer questions without really understanding what was being asked.. The area looked rough but I felt safe visiting an all-night at 0300; I did travel by taxi.

We've reserved vans transfer from airport to hotel IDR300,000/car. We stop on the way to drop our equipment approx' 30 min'. The hotel's staff will charge us IDR1,000,000/van. I ask to see hotels' manager. Price going down to IDR175,000./van (we hire 2 vans) Except this guy, all staffs very good. Love morning with BF. If we limited area only in Ambon. This hotel is 5 stars.

Hotel with poor working AC system, central located

At arrival we got a very small room with no good working AC. After lot’s of discussion we received snotter room where AC is working. But not on a high level. In the lobby AC was not properly working. The bar , lobby and Breakfast restaurant is in the same area . For a suppoost 4 star restaurant not convenient and nice. The location of hotel is central located in town. There is not a proper outside area to have a drink or cup of coffee. There is but in full sun very HOT area. The are building a rooftop bar a very good addition for the hotel.

Shower head was faulty. Water temperature changed wildly. Toaster machine at breakfast buffet was ancient and faulty. Room door needed to be slammed to ensure locking.
