Hotel itself was super clean and staff was great! The location of the hotel is kind of sketchy at night time, the road it’s on is dark and quiet, we were definitely scared walking back at night the first few nights but we were fine after that.

If you’re looking for something budget friendly this is your place. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need golf cart or taxi services, Rebeca can help you with that. Hotel is 4 blocks away from beach, not too far. Hotel also offers bike rentals. Great experience at Hotel Mariel.

New building, very poorly designed. The evening receptionist and staff in general were very rude. I have been coming to Holbox for years, is the first time that I get this rudeness. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

El hotel muy bien. Personal muy amable. Nos hizo mal clima un día. Pero la playa en holbox es preciosa. Cómo recomendación para la administración del hotel. Cuando las personas hagan el check out antes de dejarles retirar revisen las habitaciones no todo mundo es honesto o bueno. Habitación 206 el cristal del balcón estaba estrellado. Lo reportamos en cuanto lo notamos y a los días nos tocó escuchar unas personas que igual iban llegando y bajaron a reportar la pantalla de la tv estrellada de su habitación Esto a ustedes como hotel les genera un costo. Por ello antes de permitir el check out si deberían pasar a revisar. Tv, controles, cristales, toallas espejo, secadora y en los casos donde hay cocina también. Agradecemos la atención y la estancia agradable.

El chico de recepción super amable, la habitación muy confortable a excepción que se percibe un olor a humedad en todo el cuarto. Tenía una terraza amplia pero sin sillas ni nada para estar en ese espacio o poner a secar la ropa mojada en el mar. Tiene alberca pero super fría el agua y como está en la azotea el aire si pega y ahora en invierno pues si está mucho más fresco y el agua muy fría. Todo lo demás super bien

La estancia fue corta pero cómoda, tenía aire acondicionado. Las camas estaban muy cómodas, la limpieza del cuarto era buena. Lo único desagradable era un mal olor en las alcantarillas, me quiero imaginar que por que al lado tenían varias construcciones. Es muy céntrico y tienes muchísimas cosas que comer alrededor a unos cuantos pasos caminando.

Me gustó mucho mi estancia, tranquilo, muy amables, está súper bien ubicado y todo cerca en la esquina el gomart y varios restaurantes el único detalle es que las almohadas están muy incómodas y les falta cuidar que haya ventilación por la fluidez de los olores en los pasillos y los cuartos.
