Front desk was terrible at check in and check out. They did not have the Expedia reservation and charged me again for the room. I am trying to dispute this second unauthorized charge that I had already clarified with them at front desk before checking out. However they still charged me. Why was the Expedia reservation not transferred over to their system?

Room stuff I took pictures and showed them my blanket was bad was scuffed and full of lints balls the shower was horrible when you turned the water on and put it to shower the water was coming out on the top and bottom instead of just the top, the fitted sheet was ripped and didn’t fit on the bed never again I don’t want to go back there
