This hotel was FANTASTIC! Very central and superb location, the rooms were amazing, really thoughtfully decorated to a high standard. Clean, quiet and just fantastic. The air con was also really quiet (which is an extra bonus from my perspective!) would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to come back in return.

The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was very clean and comfortable and modern. The bathroom and shower were very luxurious We did not eat or drink at the hotel but that is only because we like to eat out in the many restaurants when on a city break and no reflection on the hotel at all

Very nice hotel, perfect location, literally two buildings away from main market square. A couple of things I didn’t like: Nightstands in our room were stylish but totally useless, you could barely fit a cell phone and a pair of glasses on the round top. The breakfast buffet was ok but a single girl servicing the large breakfast area was definitely not enough… she was working as fast as she could but it was just too much for a single person. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Did not eat there, the room was thick with dust. We unfortunately broke a glass and were cleaning it up days later so rooms are not cleaned properly. Day 3 workmen were working on the roof and we had a skylight so not very nice to be honest. I have emailed them but yet to receive a response a week later

Hotellts läge perfekt med gångavstånd till allt. Ett extra plus till hotellets trevliga personal i receptionen som alla gav toppenservice och var otroligt hjälpsamma. Jättenöjd med allt utom frukosten där utbudet varierade väldigt under vår vistelse och tyvärr till det sämre. Ska ni till Krakow rekommenderar jag detta hotell och jag kommer själv att återvända. Men om frukosten inte är inkluderad i grundpriset kommer jag definitivt gå ut och äta frukost på ett annat ställe där utbudet och priset är bättre.

Great central location, just a stones throw from main square. Very helpful and efficient staff. Rooms very modern and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were a little dark but comfortable and well thought out. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Hot dishes at breakfast were freshly made and quality of produce very good. Would definitely stay again.
