Had a warm welcome at the reception with a very Knowledgeable gentleman who told us a bit of history about the building we had arrived at .We were made to fill very comfortable when we went to bar area For drinks before we checked in. I was impressed Again with the staff at the hotel who were very professional in delivering all our requirements. We had a good nights sleep with a comfortable bed. We Then went down for breakfast that morning to be given plenty of options with the menu. The surroundings was very relaxing for a quit bite to eat. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Nice property near to where I needed to be. Only downside was the kitchen was closed so no evening meal option or breakfast, which having booked via Expedia was only communicated after booking, and no chance to cancel then, as booked 2 days in advance. Host recommended a place up the road for dinner which was fine.

Lovely overnight stay! A nice gesture to have a free drink each plus 10% off drinks and meals in the restaurant. The room was very cold when we arrived, but soon warmed up once we’d had the heating on for a while. Now that we know how close to Heathrow the hotel is we’ll look to stay if we’re flying from there.
