When we pulled back the comforter, the sheets underneath were covered in hair. We texted the 24/7 service number to let the front desk know about the issue and asked if the sheets could be replaced. After waiting 45 minutes with no response to either the original or follow up texts, we then called the front desk to ask for an update. No one answered the phone so we left a message about the sheets.
It wasn't until going to the front desk nearly an hour later that we were told "oh, I saw the texts and calls, but house keeping hasn't got back to me". We'd sent the original text at 7:30pm, I'm sure long after all the house keeping staff had left.
When we then asked again about when the sheets would be changed, as sheets covered in hair is disgusting, we were given a stack of sheets from the supply room and told to leave the hair covered sheets in the corner of the room for house keeping to deal with in the morning
