I had reserved a king bed standard room. When I opened the door of our room it was two queens. I could deal with that, but decided to go back to the office and point out the error. This is a hotel with quite a few rooms, it was early and not a particularly busy evening. They did change us to a king bed room, but it happened to be a handicapped accessible room which we did not need. Thus, it did not have the sofa like the room I had reserved. The bed was saggy in places and pillows were flat. I have stayed here previously with a good experience but it was disappointing this time.
