El desayuno fue muy bueno. La relación calidad-precio también. La ubicación, genial. Pero había bichos en el baño (unos insectos como escarabajos metidos en las toallas).

A great hotel with a fantastic central location that is still wonderfully quiet. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The highlight was breakfast with the incredible view from the dining room, a perfect way to start the day. We would happily return and recommend it to others.

Good location. Not too friendly service apart from the long-haired man who was very friendly. A bit loud at night, some dog fights etc. The breakfast was ok but needed to wait for the coffee a bit.

Excelente localização, no local de maior acessibilidade para os mais variados destinos em Berat. Junto ao Boulevard da cidade com vista para as "mil janelas", Castelo e Pontes. Muito bem conservado e limpo. Quartos amplos.

We had 2 rooms, booked at the last minute. One room was really clean and the other one not as clean. Overall really good hotel - and very cheap. Perfect location. No elevator available. Parking garage close to the hotel - just 2 Minutes walk

The room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable. There was air-conditioning but we didn’t need to use it. Staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast was more than expected. It’s very very close to everything walking to lots of restaurants, including the one downstairs.

We had to find a solution to change rooms. The air conditioning was broken. There is no parking for the car. The television in the new room was also broken. Located in the middle of shops with a superb view of the city.

No parking, again it is a Expedia disease, to lie and exaggerate about their listings . Fed up of “only one room left “ No elevator, no receptionist on arrival. Useless if you have a vehicle; are elderly; or disabled. The view from the breakfast room is amazing. No coffee at breakfast , it comes from next door. Location is very good

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!!!!!

A classic three stars hotel.no more no less. Basic room ,Basic breakfast , etc... A very good (best) location , at the middle of the main street of Berat ( Bulevard Republika ).

The hotel is beautiful. Great views. The room was decent. The mattress was stiff but did the job. Parking is provided off site. I would recommend parking on the road temporarily till you check in , get access pass and park for free

+ Endrit was exceptionally outstanding & was prepared to go above & beyond to help us find the central town underground parking. He carried my case up the 2 flights of stairs as I have a weak knee & we had breakfast on our room balcony adjoining the breakfast room. He works very hard from main reception to cover for breakfast & house keeping plus being so friendly & super helpful 👏 Room was nice & cool on arrival as AC had been turned on in advance which was most welcome! Central location - excellent day & night views. Accessible to many restaurants, bars & cafes. Amazing buffet breakfast for a small cosy hotel. There is a reasonable restaurant & bar attached although we didn’t eat there. Room was good, v clean & with lovely balcony & the bed was super comfy. Good shower & mini toiletries provided - 3 flights of stairs and NO lift but worth it, given all the other factors NO designated parking so you need to drop your luggage if you are lucky to find a free bay in the Main Street which is quite busy. Little tricky to find the hotel & the entrance as it’s on a pedestrianised side street and it’s not obvious! Queue to leave car park was long & slow as its cash only & one man working & tourists struggled with concept However we really enjoyed our stay once we found the hotel, parked our car & got our bags upstairs. Parking for 24hours is 1,000 LEK paid in cash on departure. (July 2026)

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, camera confortevole, colazione abbondante con vista spettacolare per non parlare della gentilezza del ragazzo alla reception, comodo il parking a pochi metri dall'hotel. Nelle adiacenze tantissimi ristoranti anche se noi abbiamo sempre usufruito di quello sottostante, sempre mangiato benissimo. A piedi raggiungete tutto, Unica pecca la mancanza di un'ascensore che per noi non più giovanissimi sarebbe stato molto utile comunque Superconsigliato

Great rooms, immaculate, comfortable, air conditioning good when I worked out how to work it. First remote was broken but reception quickly gave me a replacement. Rooms very spacious. Good breakfast selection. They took orders for coffee, the rest was buffet. Very helpful with taxi and directions to chemist due to me being unwell. Beautiful breathtaking views from breakfast table. We would definitely stay here again. Right in centre as well, 20 mins or so walk to the castle, 5 mins from river and lots of cafes and restaurants around. Beautiful city and people very friendly.

Ideal location right in the centre of the city. the parking had changed because of a contract issue with the underground parking site (if i understood the explanation correctly) to a site a short walk away for £3 per day which wasnt a problem. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were excellent and welcoming. It was off season and we were the only guests so breakfast was served chilled which in winter wasnt totally ideal. There were no coffee/ tea making facilities in the room but walking down to the bar wasnt a hardship. The bar seemed to run as a seperate entity but the barstaff even brought coffees up to our room when requested. The heater in the room though a little noisy kept the temperature very comfortable. Overall i would recommend and maybe our next trip will be in the summer and see if the few shortcommings were just because we were the only guests.
