Your parking management is quite messy. As your staff is not available to guide the customers. The hotel staff is more keen to please the cars of the people going to the bar or their own cars parked in the parking bellow. You advice on your site : voiturier service, no ... Personal, bar clients and other are priority of the staff.
Your Bar service : good waiters but very bad Barman. A customer can recognize the type of licor, and do not appreciate when he spots that he was served something else.. That the batman laughes like "what ever ... I do not care!"
Not having room service, for your hotel you can't be a 5 stars ... 3 tops
Breakfast are good ! That it is true, but for early breakfast avoid servicing pastry from the day before (not crunchy and soggy)
Also please advise the people supposed to help on cars parking, garding the entrance (in black suits) to speak nicely to the customers. Several times the tone and sentences like "wait where ever you want ... Until a parking spots is free", when I booked parking for my complete stay ... Is not the type of sentence that you want to ear.
Some of your staff are very dedicated, but unfortunately some bad "talks" and "client management" by a few affects the perception that we can have of your 3 stars hotel. Also no guidance what so ever on the services of the hotel : pool, spa, dining options etc ... You are a fancy bed and breakfast. With a nice bar for locals, but hotel customers are clearly after
