After staying in many overseas hotels this brand could still learn a lot around customer service. The hotel is looking very tired. The rooms & customer service are more like motel standard rather than hotel standard. Therefore the price of the rooms are not valid. On a positive note, the linen and pillows are very good, the secure carpark is good, and the location is perfect. I feel it is the location that affords them so much business, and they have taken this for granted to the point where customer service and tired looking rooms are of no concern to upgrade and customer volume is taken for granted despite average to poor customer experience. A shame. I would prefer not to stay here ever again..but the location is near perfect.
