It was good, great location, very clean, staff mainly friendly but no iron and no bin trash outside the bathroom. Parking is limited.

En si toda mi estancia fue buena, solo que el segundo día quise pedir las dos botellitas de agua de cortesía y siendo las 5 pm me dijeron que las camaristas ya no estaban en turno y no me podían ayudar con eso.
A mi check out olvidé sacar mi dinero en efectivo de la caja fuerte y cuando volví por él me dijeron que la habitación olía a cigarro y debía pagar la multa por fumar para que me devolvieran mi dinero, yo no fumo y mi pareja tampoco, pero tuvimos que pagarles.
Esos fueron los detalles que nos dejaron un poco inconformes, en cuestión de ubicación está excelente, el hotel es muy bonito, pero podrían poner atención en esos detalles para ser quizá un poco más amables con sus huéspedes.

No se veia el mar, Los baños coinciden de frente con una ventana no tienen cortina y se ve al otro baño, estacionamiento bien si llegas temprano, personal amable, te piden deposito de $500.00 al momento del registro.

No tiene lugar para discapacitados en estacionamiento. Te obligan a dejar un depósito por 500 pesos reembolsables a la salida. Es como un seguro.

Buen hotel, cómodo. Limpio. Bien ubicado. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque el estacionamiento es insuficiente. Llegué 11pm y tuve que dejar mi carro en la calle, la cual es transitada y con riesgo de que le pase algo a tu vehículo. La regadera estaba tapada. Si pudieran resolver esos detalles sin duda sería de los mejores.

Pagué por camas King y nos dieron queen, y ya no pudieron o no quisieron cambiarnos el cuarto. Tuvimos que dejar el coche en la calle, porqyya no había lugar en el estacionamiento, que es muy pequeño.
