I arrived at the listed hotel based on its name and address and map location. The front desk informed me that the reserved hotel was a different hotel, with a different name, different address, and different map location. They provided me the website, which did not work. They provided me a phone number, which did not ring. Because of the tight schedule, I could not afford to lose an hour or more looking for this alleged other hotel, so I took a loss and booked a room in the hotel I was standing in. I am trying to get hotels.com to process a refund, but apparently this hotel won’t even return the support desk’s calls! Big scam. Avoid.
