The check in process, whilst easy enough to use the machine, was poor due to the fact that it stated our room wasn’t ready, well after the 3pm check in time. We waited around for another hour and in that time we saw no staff cleaning rooms still. The room also had no tv remote and it took over 24 hours for them to get back to us about our request. The room itself is well equipped and modern. The walls are thin, the bed is very hard (although if you like that then you’ll be fine) and it is stifling hot, with very limited options to cool it down. The location was excellent, positioned incredibly close to two metro stations.
