I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. Unfortunately, I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning after eating there.
Things went from bad to worse when I realized some of my personal items had been stolen. When I went to the manager, I expected a serious response, but they basically brushed me off. There was no urgency and no accountability.
I decided to check out early, and while the hotel promised to refund the remaining nights, they’ve been completely dishonest about it. They denied the refund through Expedia, and despite promising me directly that they’d fix it, they never did. The empty hallways should have been a red flag. Don’t make my mistake. Avoid this place at all costs.
