Unser Aufenthalt im AUREA Hotel in Tetouan war in jeder Hinsicht aussergewöhnlich. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und völlig überraschend mit einem Upgrade belohnt. Als wäre das nicht schon grosszügig genug, wurden wir später sogar persönlich zur Busstation gefahren. Ein Service, der alles andere als selbstverständlich ist. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Alma und Shaima von der Rezeption. Ihre zuvorkommende, aufmerksame und ehrliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt spürbar geprägt. Man fühlt sich hier nicht einfach als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Die Suite war ein echtes Highlight. Grosszügig, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Doch der absolute Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthalts war das Abendessen. Und ja, das muss gesagt werden: Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben eine bessere Pizza gegessen als hier. Eine Kombination aus Käse, Birnen, Pistazien und weiteren feinen Zutaten auf einem Pizzateig, der für sich allein schon fünf Sterne verdient hätte. Perfekt gebacken, unglaublich ausgewogen und schlicht unvergesslich. Vielen Dank für dieses besondere Erlebnis. Wir nehmen nicht nur schöne Erinnerungen mit, sondern auch das sichere Gefühl, definitiv wiederzukommen.

Mon séjour à l'Aurea a été parfait. L’hôtel est neuf, très propre et confortable. La chambre était magnifique, grande et décorée avec goût dans un style et moderne avec de très beaux matériaux. Le personnel est vraiment le point fort de cet établissement : chaleureux, souriant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. On sent une vraie hospitalité marocaine, sincère et généreuse. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était parfait, avec des produits frais servi dans un cadre charmant. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.
