O quarto é realmente muito pequeno. A terceira cama é inaceitável( um sofá cama péssimo até para uma criança).Não possui frigobar. O café da manhã foi o básico do básico e a qualidade ainda muito duvidosa, sem contar a funcionária no café da manhã que chamou a atenção dos hospédes na frente de todos. Achamos muito ruim mesmo, infelizmente!

O mal atendimento de uma única funcionária no check in, que teimava em discutir o pagamento já realizado pelo Hoteis.com, quando nos fazendo perder horário de um compromisso, não pode e não deve superar o atendimento impecável do João, que nos recebeu a noite, nem ao justo café da manhã e as meninas da copa, não às instalações e limpeza do local. Recomendo e voltaria me hospedar quando necessário.
