This is the best hotel for the price in the area. If you’re traveling or need somewhere to stay for a while this is the place. Everything is expensive in Chandler, but you can’t beat this place for the price. I always come back here and the staff are super nice. 10/10🔥

The property is well located. The room was large. King size bed. Large TV. Microwave and mini fridge. Shower was wonderful. Other guests were personable and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Room very clean... property very clean... TV in room difficult to navigate... Did not expect amenities but perhaps coat hangers would have been nice...the bed could use a blanket of some thickness

I'm going to mark this as "I've stayed in worse places." Lot of sketchy behaviour late at night around this place.

4/10 Regular

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly 11/10. The hotel was on a nice location. Easy to walk to many places. The out side was nice and upkeep. The inside of the room was overall clean but the floor was very dirty with dirt and hair all over the place. It would have been a a 10/10 or it was just sweep and mopped.

Not what I expected for the price. No soap, towels and washcloths looked grimy. I saw bugs.

The property is very clean and secure on the outside. A gate with a lock that opens via hotel card only. The area also very safe with slight noise pollution of speeding cars but won't disturb you unless you complain about everything. The floor could've been mopped and swept better. Aside from that the room was very clean with a great room layout. I will be coming back soon here. I traveled for work and found it easy to go from the supermarket, gym and my job easily due to the area.

Excellent value hotel! Clean, very recent renovation, close to all the restaurants in the area.

6/10 Buena

Stains on sheets and pillow cases, maids were still cleaning the room after 3 o’clock check-in, only one full size towel, after I booked for two people, and no one in the office until 10, so I could not get another one. Parking is not easy, very tight spots. Staff member knocked on my door just after 10 am to ask if I was leaving by 11. Jacuzzi tub was grimy. Flooring was coming apart and the desk chair had, maybe cat claw marks in it. Shower was also very small.
