Professing to be a luxury property. But in truth is nothing more than a beautiful old property with a 60's extension that has had some recentish renovations.
The noise insulation is awful, I could hear neighbouring rooms quite clearly. I was woken by people walking in the corridor at night.
Check-in and Check-out was appalling - the owners need to employ a person full time until at least 8/9pm, not rely on some very odd screens in the reception area. I checked in around 1830, and had to hassle the bar staff to get hold of my room key.
The breakfast was as expected, but nothing to write home about.
A final observation, as a client in their 30's is that perhaps the issue I have don't matter to most clients, as they seem to be 65 so probably can't hear too well, and don't have a job, so check in mid afternoon.
