Air conditioner didn't work the entire time so the temp in my room was 80 degrees the entire stay. They refused to change my room, or even change my sheets after I told them that I was sweating all night and asked them to do so. They also have no ice, coffee or blow dryer on premise and the front desk staff never were present nor answered the phone.

The room was clean and bathroom was spacious. We arrived early for check in and were told we were too early. No problem. We asked to store our bags and were charged a $25 fee. I have stated multiple times in various hotels and have never been charged a bag storage fee. Upon check-in several hours later. We were told that our room with 2 queen beds had been given away. The reservation was made months in advance. How was the room not accounted for? We were split into 2 separate rooms. One bathroom had shampoo in a cup. The other bathroom did not have body wash. Upon check out, I was told one room was booked for another night. Still am waiting to ensure I do not get charged for another night.
