We had a wonderful stay. The staff was more than helpful, the breakfasts were lovely with fresh fruit and eggs every morning. We appreciated the free airport shuttle even took us at 2:45 am! Good access to public transit. The one thing to consider is that it felt like it was on the edge a neighborhood, the resteraunts we went to and sites we saw were a 15 minute walk away, a bus or a cab ride. The rooms were comfortable and very clean!

Desde que nos fueron a ver al aeropuerto en una furgoneta grande con la puntualidad nos encantó. Llegamos al hotel y me sorprendió su fachada, muy elegante. Dentro del hotel me sorprendió cada detalle, muy elegante. La señorita de recepción muy profesional. En el desayuno el emplatado 10/10. Tienen un área de casino y bingo que nos encantó. Cada que volvíamos de una actividad diaria nos recibían con un pequeño detalle que era un dulce. Muy limpio el hotel, habitacion grande. Baño limpio. Primera vez que hago una reseña y se merecen la mejor puntuación.

Excelente estancia, reservamos 3 días pero no seguidos porque fue nuestro hotel de conexión aeropuerto-Quito, aeropuerto-Galápagos, hotel-aeropuerto-México. Fue una excelente decisión porque el personal fue muy puntual en las llegadas y salidas de vuelos. El personal del hotel y del restaurant muy amables, las habitaciones muy limpias y recién remodelado todo. Todo limpio, en excelente estado y prácticamente nuevo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, la zona en la noche nos dijeron que era preferible no salir del hotel pero cuenta con un restaurante súper rico todo lo que tiene en la carta, precio muy competitivo y junto al hotel hay un mini casino por si te gusta un poquito el juego de azar.

Excelente atención por parte del staff, habitación muy confortable, el restaurant a la carta es muy rico. Y lo mejor es que prestan servicio gratuita del y hacia el aeropuerto y eso ayuda muchísimo porque te quita una preocupación para llegar y regresar al aeropuerto !!!
