This property is almost impossible to find even using google maps. You will arrive at the address and there is no signage at all and the hotel is inside another big gate so you wouldn’t have any idea. And lots of steps to climb with your luggage. Otherwise it was a reasonable room but this is no hotel.

The hotel’s location is great, right near some well-known pizza spots! However, our suite had stairs to the bedroom that were slippery and made it tricky to get to the washroom on the lower floor. We didn’t realize this because the stairs weren’t mentioned on the website. The staff was trying to help, but it felt a bit deceptive that they didn’t let us know the bed and washroom weren’t on the same level. Also, there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room, which is unusual for hotels of this kind. We asked the staff to get us coffee, and it took a while for the owner to approve making us two coffees.

Check in was a nightmare. Waited and waited along with another couple for someone to show up. Nice lady showed but did not speak English. She did not have my rooms. Earlier I had been texted the room numbers. Strange. She called the owner he said I was supposed to be at one of their other hotels. No I was at the address I booked! So they tried to find me another room since I am sure mine had been sold to someone else. They showed me a box room with 4 flights of suspended wrought iron stairs with a loft bed at the top.. I am 78 years old, replaced knee and hip, etc. No I said. So After about a one and half hour hassle I got a room. He said it was an upgrade. I deserved it!
