The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s hot all the time here but they think it’s a great idea to shut down the pool at 5pm everyday! Stupidest thing ever. For the amount we paid for this room it is definitely NOT WORTH IT. Towels were disgusting, no back up toilet paper, the drawer/cabinet in the bathroom was jammed didn’t want to open. The TV in the room had to be manually turned on and off. Never again. I’m going to be fighting to get my money back because this hotel/room or whatever was the worse thing ever. The handle for the sink fell off when I tried to turn on the faucet. Ridiculous.
