Viaja en coche y en las afueras de Munich es más económico, así que elegí este hotel. Posee parking gratuito. A la llegada y ver el exterior pensé que iba a ser peor. Habitación amplia y decoración tipo art, baño pequeño. Le faltaba algo de cuidado por parte de la limpieza a la habitación. Cercano a 2 supermercados y en la misma calle hay un local que hacen pizzas buenísimas.

En general muy bien, pero está lejos del centro de la ciudad. Se requiere tomar un autobús para llegar a la estación del tren subterráneo más cercana.

Hatten für den 01.08. - 04.08. das Arthotel gebucht. Als wir spätabends am 01.08. vor dem Hotel standen, klebte eine Notiz an der Hoteltür „Geschlossen bis zum 01.08. wegen Corona“. Eine Nachricht vom Hotel diesbezüglich haben wir nicht bekommen. Somit mussten wir uns am selben Abend noch ein anderes Hotel suchen. Am nächsten Tag (02.08.) standen wir wieder vor dem Arthotel vor verschlossenen Türen. Das Hotel hatte also trotz Notiz immer noch geschlossen. Ein Anruf bei der Telefonnummer auf dem Zettel war erfolglos, es ging niemand ran. Eine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches kam vom Arthotel bis zum heutigen Tag nicht. Nie wieder! Wir werden zukünftig das Arthotel definitiv meiden!

Hotel etwas abseits gelegen, Suboptimal für Städtetrip mit den Öffentlichen. Der Name sagt ja schon dass es eher auf Messebesucher ausgelegt ist. Sauber und Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sehr sauber.

I'm fairly certain I got BED BUGS from this hotel. As I woke up with large welts on my arm and stomach which weren't there before. Additionally the door handle in the hallway broke off leaving me unable to exit the building at all. I had to return to my room to call the front desk clerk to come open the door from the other side to let me out.

schlechte Lage des Hotels (sozialer Brennpunkt), Nebeneingang ist zu jeder Uhrzeit für ALLE auch Nicht- Hotelgäste zugänglich! Die Rezeption war nur bis 22:30 Uhr besetzt. Stark in die Jahre gekommene Möbel- Oberflächen schon sehr stark abgenutzt, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig- Staubschichten an Regal und Bett. Preis von 333€ für zwei Nächte ist total überzogen!

Close enough to the city center to be convenient, far enough to be away from the worst of traffic. Sadly there isn't too much within short walking distance, but there are many great local dining spots within a short drive. The rooms were very modern, clean, and wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was a massive variety of foods, sure to please both the continental and American palate.

Basic clean hotel but disappointing

Was surprised to not find any air con in the hotel - made for pretty sleepless nights during the heatwave. Paper in the room said the bar was open until 10pm but apparently this was stopped 3 years ago, so there was nothing within walking distance except a limited selection of drinks in a chiller in the reception. Friendly staff and hotel was clean but in need of a refresh. A disappointing stay for the amount it cost.

It was in a residential area out of the city centre but was really easy to catch a but to the U Bahn. We could see a field out of our window. The room was really clean and the man on reception spoke excellent English. The breakfast was really very good.

Innen gut und sauber. Außen Zweckarchitektur

Für den Preis hervorragend und vor allem sind die Zimmer sauber. Frühstück auch preisgerecht, ok. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist insofern gut, als es sehr ruhig ist. Man kann bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Landschaftsschutzgebiet und Trimm dich Anlage vor der Tür. Der Weg zum Hotel von U5 Neuperlach Zentrum über eine Fußgängerbrücke führt 20min durch hässliche Hochhäuser. Wirkt aber sicher und ist beleuchtet. Alternativ fährt ein Bus.
