It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. We finally did get the room locations we wanted but only after having to spend way too much time trying to communicate with host. Rooms were clean. Beds very hard, not comfortable. The pillows were horrible—like having no pillow. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom as I forgot mine. Fire alarm went off on last night—no hotel representative to communicate with. Not fun standing on n the street at 22:00 after you’ve already gone to bed. Was told by another guest the fire alarm went off 6 days prior as well. I stayed at LimeHome in Memmingen a year ago and it was a lovely place experience. I won’t be staying with LimeHome again. Tried to call the number where we had spoken to the rude woman and my phone said that number would no longer accept calls, I could only text. Unacceptable!
