A very convenient smart budget hotel. Head and shoulders better than the bigger chains with modern facilities and a very good breakfast. We arrived late into Nantes airport as part of a longer trip and needed a quick overnight spot and this was perfect.

Not value for money - avoid

The positives: the hotel is clean. Housekeeping staff are friendly and work hard to keep the place nice. The location is good for shopping in Atlantic mall. The room was quiet. The negatives: the reception staff are ok but despite being Expedia VIP gold status I could not secure an early check in or late check out as they said they were full. They were certainly not full when I arrived. Check in time is not until 3! I got reminded the night before check out by reception that the hotel was full the next day and at 10am on day of check out there was a knock on the door telling me they need to clean the room and asked if I could leave. Check out time is 12 so I said no and left at 11h30. The hotel is near nothing much other than one large shopping mall. The room is small and the shower had no power. Intermittent hot water. The room lights did not all work and I had to ask reception to check. The bed was so uncomfortable. The breakfast was boring and the same every day. For 12.50 euro it’s better to go eat out. There was no sense of welcome or vibe at this hotel it was like a morgue. There is some take over happening on 1/10 to another brand/management.

Plusieurs séjours dans cette établissement qui a un souci sur la gestion du Check in. En effet, lors d’un précédent séjour (il y a quelques semaines), je suis rentré dans une chambre avec un occupant à l’intérieur. Même mésaventure pour une collègue il y a plusieurs semaines et scénario identique avec un autre client lors de mon dernier séjour. Cela semble donc être fréquent (je l’ai constaté 3 fois) et ne semble pas perturber l’accueil (comment pouvez-vous attribuer 2 fois la même chambre?). Pas rassurant de savoir qu’un inconnu peut rentrer à tout moment dans votre chambre! Par ailleurs, le pommeau de douche des salles de bain n’est pas digne d’un établissement comme le votre, j’ai l’impression d’être dans un mobilhome et encore (taille réduite, peu de débit d’eau et eau froide lors de mon dernier séjour). Enfin, au petit déjeuner cuisson des viennoiseries aléatoire (parfois ultra cuite). J’espère que la Direction prendra connaissance de ce message constructif et mettra en œuvre un plan d’action pour résoudre le problème de double attribution des chambres, le changement des pommeaux et remontera le souci concernant le petit déjeuner car au delà de ça, il s’agit d’un bon établissement (literie de qualité, chambre spacieuse et confortable, espace bar).
