Staff and Property was excellent, super friendly, couldn’t do enough for you.
Only issue was that when we looked up and booked our establishment and room choice, on Expedia’s website, we were offer a buffet Dinner and breakfast on the checkout day.
So when we arrived and checked in at reception, we were informed that they do not provide and sort of dinner at all at there establishment.
So spent 30 minutes on your virtual chat line talking to an agent, asking why we were mis-sold this half board reservation, only for you to admit that there was an error on your behalf, yet offer no form of compensation, as we then had to go out and get dinner elsewhere, at an additional cost to us ?,
After more research the booking didn’t match the e-mail that you sent me as confirmation of our booking.
Under the consumer protection regulations, the description on your email confirmation was misleading and due to this review provided, I feel that a contributing refund should be given towards our dinner expenses.
Hotel reception were fantastic, and provided us with a free drink as they felt bad, and will be contacting you as well as this was really misleading ?,
