They are incredibly friendly and welcoming, Their flexibility was particularly impressive; when we encountered flight issues, the hotel made it incredibly easy for us to change our stay dates via email, responding promptly and resolving the situation with zero stress. The team even took the time to advise us on our finances, thoughtfully reminding us to pay in the local currency (CHF) rather than Canadian Dollars (CAD) on our credit cards to ensure we received the best possible exchange rate. Another standout moment was our final day; we had an early departure before the regular breakfast hours. Without us even asking, the front desk arranged with the kitchen to prepare on-the-go breakfast and lunch packs for our journey. It is these small, proactive gestures that turn a good stay into an unforgettable one.

I ate chocolate croissants and yogurt each day. No pancake/waffle making option, scrambled eggs, or bacon. *Outdated. *Staff not accommodating. No microwave. Acted surprised that we asked for an extra pillow.
