2nd stay in 3 years. Richard and Karen are perfect hosts. Property is spotlessly clean. Lovely bedroom and very quiet for such a central location in Weymouth. Fantastic breakfast as well with plenty of choice made to your requirements. Couldn't recommend it more!

I had a wonderful stay at the Clarence, it was very clean and comfortable, there is so much attention to detail and Richard and Karen were great hosts. The location is perfect, near the shops and beach and at a quieter spot on the Esplanade. I travelled by train and it was an easy flat walk from the station.

Great B&B , Perfect location for beach. Karen and Richard are lovely hosts, they made us feel very welcome, we arrived as strangers and left a few days later as friends, Breakfast was so nice, with fresh fruit salad to start the day, cereal and of course your full English, The room we had was cosy and comfy. Would definitely return.
