Super clean property, and it’s super close to everything worth seeing or doing. Definitely recommend this place, and will definitely book it again on future trips.

This is not a HOTEL. This is an apartment that is being rented out as a "hotel room". When I arrived to the location, a police officer was outside and he said that it was not a hotel but a resident building. To not go into the building since it could not be safe. I spoke to the information sent by Hotels.com and the number they use was on WhatsApp. I even went to the original location given which was in a really bad neighborhood with only bodegas, cigar stores and other simple stores. I call the supposed attendant for this location they were not helpful. I spoke to the officer and he said to file a police report. I tried to cancel with Hotels.com and they said to wait 72hrs for the correction. By the next day the supposed manager for this location stated that he will not give the refund, even though I never accepted to stay and the predicament that they put me through. They said that I should've accepted it and work with them. Hotels.com also did not helped me with the situation. I have to wait until it gets posted to create a case with my bank to get my money bank. Never again will I trust Hotels.com. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY. IT IS A SCAM!
