This is a really nice place right in the center of town. My room was bright and airy. It was super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. At checkout, there was even a $2 mistake they made and I was contacted immediately with an apology. For $2? The staff is great. Oh and by the way, they're dealing with a mess right now. Their professionalism is fantastic. I hope to see you all again soon. Hopefully in peace time.

Perfect hotel for exploring Lviv

Had a wonderful stay the first time with my mum and returned for another stay with my partner. The hotel’s location is spot on for exploring the city. I love the simple and elegant decor, staff are always friendly and helpful, room temperature always spot on (no matter the weather). Breakfast in bed was delicious (takeaway packaging has its charm too). There is water cooler on each floor. Toiletries smelt amazing and were eco friendly. I can’t recommend a better hotel with such a perfect location and reasonable price. Will be staying again and again!

Clean room, staff was professional, never said a word about a breakfast that I can recall though. Our room was on the top floor, and five floors without a lift is a lot of stairs. Also, not where you want to be at 4:30am when the air raid alarm goes off. It's a fine place, but The bed wasn't comfortable, and being on the top floor wasn't ideal.

This place is newly remodeled so the rooms smell brand new. The location was is right in the middle of all the action. My favorite part about this place was their staff. They spoke perfect English, they were super friendly and very helpful. I absolutely loved it here and i will be back again
