The communication with the host was extremely difficult throughout our stay. It was also very hard to locate the property, and the instructions provided were not clear enough to find the place easily.
Another major issue was the language barrier. The host did not speak Spanish or English, which made communication especially challenging in a country where Spanish is the dominant language and English is more commonly spoken than the language the host used. This made it difficult to ask for directions, resolve issues, or get basic assistance.
Overall, the lack of communication and difficulty locating the property made the experience very stressful. Host did not have a working phone number in order for her to communicate or text, I would recommend that the host improve the directions and ensure that guests have an effective way to communicate before and during their stay.
