Payment was made at check-in, and the receptionist informed me that I would receive the statement upon check-out.
However, on the day of check-out, the statement was not ready. The receptionist then told me that because I had booked through a platform, no statement could be issued. Only after I showed my credit card transaction record was the statement finally provided.
In addition, they were unable to provide the official receipt even after a 10-minute wait. There were repeated delays, and I was later told that the receipt was missing.
Overall, the reception service was highly unprofessional. I have stayed at this hotel several times within the past year, but the service quality has significantly worsened. I keep returning mainly because of the convenient location.
If you do not mind poor service quality, this may still be a hotel worth considering for its location.
