2 Stars — Frustrating and Stressful Check-In Experience
I'm giving Cahuenga Stay two stars because the check-in process was a nightmare, largely due to the fact that they are publishing the WRONG ADDRESS!
The published address is 3523 Cahuenga, which is clearly marked on the far right side of the building. Naturally, that's where I went when I arrived late at night. After considerable confusion, I eventually discovered that the correct entrance was actually 3521 Cahuenga, just a few feet away!
To make matters worse, the property uses an AI "property manager" for guest assistance. I spent several frustrating minutes struggling with this system before finally reaching a human customer service representative. To her credit, she genuinely tried to help, but even she didn't realize the published address was incorrect, so she repeatedly tried to direct me to the wrong entrance.
During the day, this might have been a minor inconvenience. But late at night, the experience was stressful.
The most frustrating part is that this entire ordeal was completely avoidable. All the company needs to do is publish the correct address and ensure its customer service team has accurate information.
I sincerely hope Cahuenga Stay fixes this immediately. Otherwise, future guests may find themselves stranded late at night, just a few feet from the very door they're trying to find.
