We chose this hotel because the hotels were full Odessa. The first night we got a room in the old part and was one of the worst and awful rooms I have ever been in my life! - Old, stairs falling down, very bad condition, cigarette smell, blinds in very bad conditions, the sink dripped on the floor, the bathroom ceiling was falling down, air conditioning not working, one of the sheets with blood stain, another bed with a cigarette burn and hairs on it. I preferred to sleep with my clothes on. We did not go to another hotel because almost all the hotels were full and prices outrageously high due to the demand for an exhibition that was in Odessa, and this hotel was completely full. The next night we changed to a room that seemed recently remodeled, it was more comfortable, and after previous experience, we found it great though the hotel is old. I think it would be better for owners not rent the older rooms because it can harm more than benefit them. If you chose this hotel ask for the renewed rooms, do not accept by any circumstance the rooms across the street.
