An honest review of One On Marlin Resort and Spa:

The island contains exactly zero stop lights and zero Stop signs. Rather, roundabouts or traffic circles as they are sometimes known substitute for both. Literally just rooms. This property has a sister property named Kokomo just down the road a piece. The Kokomo has a restaurant and small gorgeous pool that those staying at One on Marlin can access. While the sister property is walkable (about 15 minute walk) I don’t recommend it as there are no sidewalks and the road leading is very narrow. The rooms: The rooms at One on Marlin are charming. You will find no hotel tower here; rather small clu
