The most uncourteous staff at the reception, none of them I encountered greet you, only focused on running your credit card, do not bother informing the guests about the breakfast timing, wifi connection. The hotel policy on the website says children under 17 stay free with paying adults. My daughter was 12 years old, and was told by two different staffs (one is executive manager) two different age limits (11 and below, 10 and below)!
Rooms smelt fungy, bed cushions soggy like a 4th rated hotel. Most amenities non-functional. The electric kettle had rust at the spout. I requested a replacement. I was electrically shocked when I touched the replacement one. Not only that it still have stains. The weighting machine didn't have battery, and had it replaced. The flush buttons on the toilet stopped working, got stuck after first night stay.
When I decided to cut short the stay by one night, the executive manager (Jennifer) cooked up policy saying that the hotel can't allow modification, and I had to cancel the entire reservation and rebook, in trying to dissuade me from changing the stay without penalty. Expedia travel agent helped contacting the property for authorization to update. but never received any response from the hotel.
Finally, the food at the breakfast buffet didn't look appealing. That was not the worst part, after having the leman rice, two in our party feel sick.
4 star hotel room rent for 0-star room amenities, uncourteous staff and service. Stay away!!!
