A política de gestão de pessoal precisa ser revisitada, sobretudo mediante a concessão de bônus como folgas etc. Um ponto urgente é a instalação de gerador e Luz de emergência. Foi um grande transtorno passar 2 dias sem energia na parte da noite e madrugada. O funcionamento do portão da garagem precisa de atenção. O cardápio do café da manhã tem poucas opções saudáveis.

Linda pousada rodeada de jardins muito bem cuidados, localizada numa praia calma e com um mar incrível. Café da manhã a beira mar com muitas opções, inclusive com tapioca e omelette para quem tem restrições alimentares. Todos os funcionários são acolhedores, educados e prestativos. Na nossa chegada fomos colocados numa casa térrea. Como temos alergia a mofo solicitamos a troca para uma casa no andar superior. Fomos atendidos e no dia seguinte trocamos por uma casa ensolarada com uma linda sacada rodeada de árvores, limpa e aconchegante. Tudo perfeito! Só tem que cuidar de levar repelente para os mosquitos e fechar as janelas no final da tarde.

Alguns pontos impactam na experiência

Trata-se de uma hospedagem com muita educação e gentileza, em um chalé muito grande, praticamente uma casa, totalmente funcional e espaçoso. O lugar é muito bonito, o jardim é extremamente bem cuidado. Fica de frente para a praia do Mutá, que é calma, e possui barracas boas. Agora, dependendo do chalé, não terá Wi-Fi, e em todos é preciso um cuidado especial com os mosquitos, fechando janelas e portas e usando repelente.
