Rooms were disgusting and staff was rude and not willing to accommodate. One room had a dead frog, one had a dirty sock and all the the rooms had dirty sheets.

The room was hot, the pillows were dirty, it looked like someone had already used the towels and just folded them and put them back, there was no complementary soap to wash your hands, the water was off to the toilet, the TV didn’t work, and not to mention the dust bunnies on the furniture. I called ahead of time to make sure when was the latest to check in because I wasn’t unsure what time I would get there. The man said anytime but that checkout was at 11 AM. I got there a little before midnight and the man was annoyed to be checking me in at that time. I understand if he was tired but that’s why I called it ahead of time to make sure what was the latest time to check in.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. To make matters even worse, there was a dead frog in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness, housekeeping, and overall condition of the property. Even tho we had already switched rooms because the tub was so dirty and full of hair that when the room next door flushed their toilet the tub started over flowing with water. What made the experience even worse was the way the staff handled the situation. Instead of taking our concerns seriously, showing some concern, or making an effort to resolve the problems, they simply dismissed everything as if it were no big deal. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was unbelievable. Guests pay for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay, not a dirty room with a dead animal and staff who act like their concerns don’t matter. The condition of the room was bad enough, but the staff’s dismissive attitude made the entire experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Management needs to take a serious look at its housekeeping standards and customer service. Guests deserve better than this, and these concerns should never be brushed aside.
