The owners are so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice spread. It’s conveniently located to the main area of Franz Josef. I would stay here again.

Lovely bedroom / bathroom. Bed was huge and comfy with lovely bedding. Loved the double sink in the bathroom which was spacious. Nice amenities. Fabulous view of pond from our room. Great parking. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Hotel has a deal with some local restaurants who pick you up and drop you back. That was great so we didn’t have to drive. We ate at Blue ice which was fantastic. We had such a great 2 night stay. Oh and not forgetting the Nespresso machine in our room! What a bonus!!

The rooms were spotless, containing a bath with jets and overhead shower. Great water pressure. Located 10 mins from the town in a nice quiet location. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful and gave us tips where to eat. The gentleman at breakfast was very polite and friendly. The hotel also has a 24 hr laundry with a honesty box available but we didn’t use it.
