Foi pago 4 apto com mesmo valor de duplo e cama de casal, no chekin 10 pessoas na reserva tinha constava 9 pessoas, mesmo assim foi cobrado como pessoa extra, tenho formação em turismo e viajo muito, nao só no Brasil mas como fora do Brasil e nunca me foi cobrado extra de pessoa, pois nao houve cama extra, sem contar apto duplo o valor é diferente de um apto single, outra observaçao foi solicitado limpeza e nao foi feita a limpeza e teve tb uma solicitção no cafe da manhã a cozinha informava que não seria possivel atender pois estava terminando de fazer almoço para um evento, hora se a cozinha nao tem condições de atender os hospedes e o evento deveria ter contratato mais pessoas para atender ainda que fosse temporario, informo tb tenho formacao em gastronomia a logistica do hotel deixou a desejar na limpeza, na recepcao e na cozinha. minha opiniao muito razoavel tudo.
