Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid If You Need Basic Services Like WiFi
I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The biggest issue was that there was no WiFi the entire time, despite it being advertised. We complained every single day to at least five different staff members at the front desk. Each one was indifferent and claimed there was nothing they could do. By the fourth day, we found out they hadn’t even contacted the internet provider — there was zero effort to resolve the issue.
We were promised compensation and told the manager (Joanna) would meet us. She never showed up until we insisted on the last day. Even then, she made us wait a long time and only came down reluctantly. She said she was waiting on her bosses for approval and would email us by the end of the day — but, unsurprisingly, that never happened.
Other issues:
- No lock on our room door (completely broken)
- Very weak water pressure
- One day, the elevator broke, and we had to climb 17 flights of stairs
The WiFi issue was the most unacceptable, though. In today’s world, a hotel without working WiFi — and with staff who don’t care to fix it — is simply not acceptable.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service and basic amenities not functioning.
