The lady in the office that checked us in was very polite. But the next morning we gathered our towels and hopes of at least getting clean towels. Nobody entered our room. The next morning before leaving, I stopped in the office and asked for them to please come in and change the sheets and give us clean towels as we had went to the mountains the night before and my grandkids dirty feet had caused dirt to be on the sheets. The lady in the office said no problem it’ll be done by time we got back. She was very rude about it. Half the hotel was under construction, so there was not as many rooms as normal. Upon returning to the hotel at 9 PM a full 12 hours after I left, our room had not been entered. We still had dirty sheets and dirty towels, which were gathered and piled in a corner to make things easier for the housekeeper. Upon going to the front desk to ask if somebody could please bring us clean towels and sheets the desk, Lady was very rude and a person sent to clean our room smelled like they had not showered in over a month. The smell lingered for hours after even with the door open. In the middle of the night, one of the light fixtures dropped down out of the ceiling above where my grandchild was laying. There was no mention on the website of construction or that the pool was empty. Upon exiting and checking out front desk was light yet unforgiving
