The mattress and pillows reflect the low quality of the room's furniture. Despite possessing the required conveniences, the room is not notably different from the other low-cost rooms in the complex. The room's lack of cleanliness is a significant concern. I am still waiting for communication from the director. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. The staff shows a certain disrespect for people who do not speak French as their first language.

Séjour de 2 nuits, chambre correcte, salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons eu un problème de lampe qui s’est décrochée du plafond, personnel réactif, le réceptionniste nous a proposé un changement de chambre, nous a offert des bouteilles d’eau et nous avons eu une remise sur le tarif du séjour.
