Waited another 30 mins and after requesting a quiet room upon booking 4 months ago we were given a room one floor above the cafe. Rooms are small with tiny balcony good modern bathroom but no fridge. Staff and food in cafe were good. Lake view is beautiful at breakfast. Hotel needs updating
