Couple issues. Check in was easy, got to the room and the room was clearly under construction or something. Bed was askew and not livable. Went back, front desk apologized. Then said the room I reserved was all sold out (I reserved a room with a fridge and microwave) but he said that’s fine, I’ll put you in an “upgraded rokm” and won’t charge you. Well, it was not an upgrade, as there was not a microwave or fridge. Whatever, it was a short trip, I’ll manage. Even though the rooms without fridge/microwave are cheaper. Within 20 minutes of getting into my room, my door shut, a random lady just waltzes into the room. She smiled and said, “oh oops? I guess I have the wrong room” and left. Weird. How do you have the wrong room with a key? Very annoying.
