Vi bodde pĂ„ detta hotell redan 2018 och dĂ„ var allt fantastiskt – bra service, frĂ€scha rum och god mat. TyvĂ€rr har standarden försĂ€mrats rejĂ€lt sedan dess. NĂ€r vi kom till rummet denna gĂ„ng möttes vi av en stark röklukt. Toalettstolen var trasig och det gick varken att spola eller tvĂ€tta hĂ€nderna, dĂ„ det inte kom nĂ„got vatten ur kranen. Duschen fungerade inte alls. Hela badrummet var extremt slitet, och rummet i övrigt var ostĂ€dat och fullt av trasiga saker. Servicen var under all kritik. Vi kontaktade receptionen för att fĂ„ hjĂ€lp, men fick vĂ€nta lĂ€nge – utan att nĂ„gon dök upp. Vi erbjöds inte ens ett nytt rum, trots att det inte gick att anvĂ€nda toalett eller dusch. Vi var tvungna att gĂ„ runt oduschade och kunde inte ens förbereda oss inför en fest vi skulle pĂ„. Maten var smaklös, kall och oaptitlig – helt utan kryddor. Även i hotellets allmĂ€nna utrymmen mĂ€rktes den dĂ„liga standarden: t.ex. saknades bĂ„de tvĂ„l och pappershanddukar pĂ„ toaletterna i receptionen. Personalen var otrevlig och visade ingen förstĂ„else för situationen. Vi kĂ€nde oss illa behandlade, ifrĂ„gasatta och fick kĂ€mpa för att fĂ„ nĂ„gon form av kompensation. Det hĂ€r hotellet hĂ„ller absolut inte femstjĂ€rnig standard – snarare enstjĂ€rnig. TyvĂ€rr blev vistelsen en stor besvikelse och jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotell till nĂ„gon.

Mauvaise expérience

Je tiens Ă  vous mentionner que mon commentaire est Ă  but constructif et non pĂ©joratif. Une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience que j’ai vĂ©cu dans cet hĂŽtel qui est loin d’un 5 Ă©toiles je le confirme il est plus tĂŽt 3 ou 4* maximum et pas plus . Pour le prix que j’ai payĂ© presque 875 dt pour une nuitĂ©e avec hĂŽtels.com je m’attendais Ă  un service beaucoup mieux car le rapport qualitĂ© prix n’était pas du tout Ă  la hauteur des mes attentes. L’édifice est rendu un peu vieux , l’air climatisĂ© n’était pas fonctionnel dans les espaces en commun , le buffet Ă©tait fermĂ© et mĂȘme pour dĂźner on Ă©tait obligĂ© d’aller au restaurant Ă  la carte d’ailleurs on Ă©tait dĂ©sinformĂ© par le rĂ©ceptionniste quand je lui ai posĂ© la question si je choisi le restaurant Ă  la carte ou le buffet , il savait que le buffet Ă©tait fermĂ© alors il nous conseillais d’aller au restaurant a la carte car il est beaucoup mieux (soit disant conseil d’ami) lĂ -bas le choix Ă©tait trĂšs limitĂ© alors que je m’attendais Ă  plus de variĂ©tĂ©s surtout pour le prix que j’ai payĂ© (875dt), pour un prix moins dispendieux j’aurai dĂ» aller Ă  la cigale Tabarka ou Russelior Ă  quelques mĂštres trĂšs luxueux comme hĂŽtels et un service beaucoup plus meilleur. Great night stay

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night of my recent trip to Tunisia, and this hotel was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were friendly, food was nice and also the beach was amazing and the hotel also had 4 pools in total which allowed plenty of room to chill out in.

L'hÎtel Oceana est un des rares 5 étoiles à Hammamet à respecter les prestations d'un 5 étoiles (expérience de cette région depuis 2010). Les plus de cet établissement : Adulte Only. tarif justifié, la piscine, la plage, les sports nautiques ( matériels neuf).La direction ainsi que leurs collaborateurs et tout le personnel sont à notre écoute et réactifs, le personnel du service de nettoyage trÚs professionnel avec un service irréprochable. Je vous remercie pour ce trÚs agréable séjour.

L'hĂŽtel est trĂšs beau et la chambre confortable pour le personnel c'est autre chose... Le matin de l'arrivĂ©e on nous invite a aller au petit dĂ©jeuner mais il n'Ă©tait pas inclus pour ce premier matin le rĂ©ceptionniste nous oblige a lui rĂ©gler 22€ en liquide prĂ©textant qu'il n'a pas d'appareil a CB que l'on rĂšgle uniquement en liquide (plus tard nous avons vu que c'Ă©tait faux et compris que l'on c'Ă©tait fait avoir) Nous avons vu des chambres avec piscine et sommes allĂ©s demander si une d'entre elles serait disponible on nous dit que oui moyennant un supplĂ©ment de 50€ par nuit nous validons on nous confirme le matin mĂȘme Ă  11h que l'on peu changer de chambre pour midi nous partons faire nos valises revenons Ă  la rĂ©ception ce n'est plus possible de changer et on veut nous forcĂ© Ă  prendre une autre chambre sans piscine mais plus cher que la notre. Le jour du check-out leur appareil Ă  CB (qui existait bien en fin de compte !) ne fonctionnait pas on nous force Ă  prendre un taxi Ă  nos frais pour aller retirer en ville Ă  notre retour fort mĂ©contents nous rĂ©clamons un geste commercial on nous dit que ça ne se fait pas (mĂȘme pas capable de nous offrir une boisson ou quoi que se soit sur notre note) on nous agresse et nous rĂ©pond que c'est comme on veut ou on paye ou on ne nous laissera pas partir. Le rĂ©ceptionniste nous menace. TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience.

Zimmer sehr schön une gerÀumig. Anscheinend renoviert. Bad hingegen etwas altmodisch, Dusche, Ablauf funktionieren nicht sehr gut. Es braucht Geduld bis das Heisswasser zum Fliessen kommt. Wir hatten eine Suite Prestige; sehr gross, aber "kalt". Toilette im Bad; sind wir uns nicht gewohnt. Schwimmbad sehr angenehm, wunderschöner Park, angenehmes Pool-Restaurant und ebenso angenehme "Buvette" am Strand. Gutes Essen im Pool-Restaurant; mittelmÀssig am Buffet.
