South st 3 bedroom apartment was such a fantastic location and space. Clean, easy to access, warm with heater going when we arrived and milk in the fridge ready for coffee! Thank you!
I was charged for my accommodation a second time the morning of checkout before we had even gone to reception. I only realised as I have account notifications on my phone. Why is reception processing charges on a security deposit card before anyone even checks out. This is not acceptable. This completely let down our stay as the property is quite nice and check in was good.
Great apartment in a great location. Very good value for money, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with a nice sized balcony. Reception was very friendly and check in was painless. We were very pleased with our stay.
The property is well situated, clean and comfortable. We had adequate space and the staff quickly responded with any questions or requirements needed. Would be very happy to stay again.
We loved our stay. The apartment was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and great location. We walked to restaurants, Salamanca, and the city. We had a remote, late check-in which was easy and hassle free. Would recommend
Our stay was perfect for the time we there. Close to everything .. We had a wonderful stay .There was 3 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment plenty of room .
Very impractical design, the open design means the bathroom skylight shines directly onto the bed, so very bright very early. No chance of closing off to get room dark for sleeping past 6am. Nowhere to put suitcases other than floor. For an apartment, the kitchenette was poorly appointed with no means to cook other than a microwave and toaster, and no sink. Even if you could cook, the only table was a low coffee table.
No sofa to relax on instead 2 tub chairs made it feel more waiting room than deluxe appartment.
Overall despite the spacious floor plan, the designer has missed the mark making a usable relaxing space. Would not recommend or return.
The apartment is nicely decorated with some features from previous building (kind of machinery) two rooms are in good size, the only negative for us is the open plan bedrooms upstairs with balustrades and curtains meaning when my little one went to bed at 9pm, we couldnāt watch tv downstairs. itās easy walk to most eateries, front desk staffs are very friendly and efficient.
From the time we arrived the staff were attentive, polite quick and all around on the ball. The property was quiet and clean, comfortable and just as pictured. I have only one criticism, and its a problem Australia wide, we are a race of beer drinkers yet a fully equipped kitchen came with red wine, champagne and whiskey glasses. No tumblers, beer glasses or similar. Why do we always forget the Aussies in aussie accomodation?
Renovations next door had tradies looking into the property, impacting on privacy, street works were noisey. No fault to owners. May need to install more blinds for privacy. Overall property is well equipped, bed is comfortable. Great location, short walk, less the 5 minutes, to Salamanca.
Sullivans cove was perfect for my stay in Hobart. The hospitality team was great in getting us checked in because of flight delays. Everything is within walking distance.
Clean,comfortable and private. Close to the wharf and within walking distance to many restaurants and dights. We were there for 4 nights. We look forward to seeing you.

Our stay was wonderful
- Easy check-in
- Apartment clean and spacious, with much storage space
- Kitchen well-stocked (milk, coffee pods, great selection of teas, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and sponge, oil, glad wrap / al foil)
- Bathroom with wonderful smelling L'Occitane amenities and heated towel rail
- Clear instructions left for using aircon and washing machine, which was very helpful
- Even the BBQ was pretty clean
- Quiet, no issues with hearing other apartment noise.
- The WiFi worked 75% of the time, but when it did was reasonably fast. This is the only thing that would stop it being 10/10.
