Terrible experience. Even though I had the confirmation from Expedia, and called the day before flying to Barbados to “re-confirm”, I find out after I arrive in Barbados with two little kids that the “property would not be able to honor the reservation”. And then spent two hours with an Expedia agent on the phone trying to find a new place to stay (most places were fully booked). Terrible communication from both Expedia and the property. The property owner didn’t even apologize. Also, they never answer their phone, for some odd reason. I would NOT recommend this place. Unreliable, lack of respect for your time, poor communication, people who don’t care.
