Great value, basically on the beach!

Great location, great staff with a great bar next door! The only issue's I had was that there wasn't a safe in the room and no pool . However, I would recommend this hotel to everybody and I will definitely return!

Close to the beach and quiet area. Room was good and beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and spoke English. If you’re old or out of shape there’s no elevator so you have to hike up some stairs. Close to restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to station 2 and 30 minute walk to the DM mall in zone 3.

The view on the 3rd floor balcony was excellent. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was good with the exception of the ants. There were a lot of ants in our room. It's not something you can get rid of because they live inside the wood on the balcony. The access to this hotel is not very accesible, so be aware if you're travelling with kids. There's a 5-10 minute rough walk to the main road to ride the e-trike. If they do something about the ants and if you don't mind the decent walk to the main road. This would be a great choice for you.

They lied to even as we were checking in. They claimed the rooms had a Terrace. There is one Terrace on the top floor which is shared by everyone else staying on the top floor, the beach view from the room is nonexistent. You open your curtains to see roof tops of buildings next to the hotel. If you are lucky you might be able to get a glimpse of the water between the roof tops. We had booked a premiere room and nothing inside was premiere. Rooms were small and furniture outdated and beat up. Beware the website paints a different picture of what you are really getting. I can’t believe their Starr rating. I am thinking it was fake reviews posted by the people who work there. They would not let us cancel any of the three nights we booked, fyi we had booked two rooms for three nights. So we didn’t check out and went up the way and booked at the Astoria two rooms for 3nights. We went back on the 3rd day to checkout. We didn’t want these crooks getting double booking for these crappy rooms. I can go on how bad this place is but it doesn’t deserve this much advertising talking about it.

Best holiday ever.

We had a fantastic holiday at Hey Jude hotel it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff were marvelous so friendly they could not have been attentive, they even sang happy birthday to me. The food was great we ate there most nights the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect right on the beach.
